Refund Policy
Credit packs are one-time purchases. If a pack is not what you needed, ask within 14 days and we refund it, as long as its credits have not been used.
1. When you can get a refund
- Unused pack, within 14 days. Full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase and none of the credits from that pack have been used.
- Billing mistakes. Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.
2. When we do not refund
- Credits that have already been used.
- Credits that expired. Credits are valid for 1 month after activation.
- The free trial, which costs nothing.
3. How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your order, with the order or receipt number. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
4. Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel: packs are one-time purchases with no subscription and no automatic renewal. To stop, simply do not buy another pack. You can also ask us to delete your account at any time.
